We Love Darts magazine relaunching; Becoming Darts Monthly!

We Love Darts magazine relaunching; Becoming Darts Monthly!

Darts Monthly cover
The all new look for Darts Montly! Watch out for it in the shops (your local Smiths probably)

You may not have heard, but the glossy “We Love Darts” magazine is getting a nice shiny new name, as part of a re-launch by the publishers Faragher Jones.

From next issue, We Love Darts magazine will have a new name – Darts Monthly! And to go with the new name there’ll be a brand new website too packed with news and interviews from the world of darts. So watch this space.

Darts Monthly will have all the same great bits as We Love Darts, but with more expert columnists, more match reports and more top-notch darts coverage than ever before.

So it’s a bit like a paper version of Darts, Beers & Cheers!  but without my ramblings!  hehe.  Plus I’d happily post topless shots of the darts walk on girls… haha that got your interest!  😀

I’ve actually been in contact with the editor Leaonne, and the publishers – who knows, I could be doing a series of articles on how to improve your game… if you’re really unlucky!  😀

Unfortunately not – I had to announce that the publisher went bust a few months later, and the magazine ceased publication with immediate effect.

I subscribed to We Love Darts annually and in 2011 the magazine stopped being delivered so i made inquiries as to what had happened and was told that there was a problem and would be refunded with my subscription and i am still waiting for it to arrive.
I paid in good faith for my magazine and i have been robbed!!! can you throw any light on this robbery.

Yes I have posted about this since.

      1) The original publisher of We Love Darts. Merv Hathaway, does appear to have disappeared – owing money to a lot of people.

      2) The publishers behind the relaunched ‘Darts monthly’ magazine then also went bankrupt, with several magazines closing due to that. Unfortunately when that happens, the admistrators will pay creditors – tax man first, and it is doubtful any subscribers would see any money.
